What profession profiles are included?

Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic & Web Design, Event & Wedding Planning, Video & Film Production, and Commercial Production. Each includes starter library content you can edit and reuse.

Can I switch professions?

Yes. Open Settings → Industry Profile to switch. Each profession keeps its own library, packages, and estimate defaults.

Where is my data stored?

Pro Estimate Flow stores estimates, clients, templates, libraries, business information, and settings locally on your Mac.

Is an account required?

No. Pro Estimate Flow does not require a user account or subscription.

How do I create a PDF?

Open an estimate, choose Preview PDF, review the layout, and then use the available macOS print, save, or email workflow.

Can I back up my data?

Yes. Use Pro Estimate Flow’s backup export and restore features. Store the backup somewhere protected and included in your normal backup routine.

How is this different from Photo Estimate Flow?

Pro Estimate Flow is a separate Mac app for design, planning, architecture, and production work. It includes built-in profession profiles and industry-specific libraries. Photo Estimate Flow is tailored for photographers and creative shoot pricing.
